SPEND FEW MINUTES AND READ THIS

We are writing this blog for past few years. Scrip posted in this blog are fundamentally good companies,with good business records,balance sheet, promoters stake and promoters business interest. Especially we watch promoters buying in open stock market and after that we track that stock and once we are convinced that we can buy we recommend the particular stock in the blog. We used to get mails by our blog followers, for our blog improvement and their ideas, which keep us to maintain this blog.

Recently in one of the mail we recd one follower who is with us for past 2 years questioned, why we are giving stop loss to delivery calls eventhough our calls have not hitting stop losses. Please note that stop losses are important in stock trading whether it is cash delivery calls  positional calls  intraday calls or derivatives because, market will not behave what we will thing, but it behaves what it thinks.

Just read the blog and read all the older post. In our recent post of dskulkarni on 16/1/2014 we had given stop as 80 it made a low of 79.50 on 21/1/2015 and closed at 87.35  on same day . carefully read the post dated.it is written as closing basis stop and nobody places stop losses in delivery calls daily.dskulkarni is a good company where promoter Mr.D.S.kulkarni is buying continuously from open mkt and increasing his stake, but use stop of closing basis 80 because stock mkt can turn weak anytime and noboby can predict.

Now both companies declared bonus shares, its up to the blog readers to decide that we give importance to fundamental (bonus declaration in both stocks, noboby knows but we written on 7/1/2015 to buy this 2 stock call options)
